  • 1 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil,
  • ½ onion; diced,
  • ½ bell pepper; diced,
  • ½ cup back beans; drained and rinsed,
  • ½ cup corn,
  • ¾ cup heavy cream,
  • 2 teaspoons Wildtree Spicy Carne Asada; divided,
  • 8 ounce dry pasta, prepared according to package directions,
  • 2 cups shredded; cooked chicken


Heat Grapeseed Oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell peppers. Sauté until tender, about 7 minutes. Add the beans and corns; continue cooking 2-3 minute more until heated through. Reduce heat to low. Add the heavy cream and whisk in 1 teaspoon Carne Asada. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Toss the cooked chicken with the remaining 1 teaspoon Carne Asada and add to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss to coat everything in the cream sauce. Serve with diced avocado if desired.
